The World Bank’s indicator on enforcing contracts measures the time and cost for resolving a commercial dispute. It also measures the quality of the judicial process looking at the practices and efficiency of the court system. The ranking is determined through the collection of data obtained by means of a survey completed by local lawyers and judges.
